By downloading, installing, or using Posturion, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Posturion grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on any Mac you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store terms.
Posturion is a general wellness tool designed to promote posture awareness. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The app does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for any health concerns related to posture or musculoskeletal conditions.
Posture measurements are approximate and depend on camera quality, lighting, positioning, and other factors. Posturion does not guarantee the accuracy of any measurements or alerts.
Posturion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Posturion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of Posturion. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or sell the application.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
